An eccentric winner of the lottery, Charles, who lives alone on a remote island tries to turn his dreams into reality when hiring his favorite musician, Herb McGwyer, to play an exclusive and private concert. Without the knowledge of Herb, Charles has also hired former herb band and ex -girlfriend, Nell, with her new husband in tow, to make the old favorites. As temperatures explode and the old tensions resurface, the storm climate catches them all on the island and Charles desperately seeks a way of saving the concert of their dreams.
