i wish i can rate more than 5 stars. 10/5 by far the best service i have recieved with any vehicle i’ve ever had. these guys are amazing at what they do. they’re all super nice & very quick. they gave me a rough estimate on how long they would have my vehicle & i got it back within that time frame (and it was holiday season!) my rear bumper had to be replaced as well as my driver side quarter panel. they kept me updated through every step of my car getting fixed. they fixed small things for me that i’ve been putting off & they even wiped down & vacuumed the interior of my vehicle when i got it back! all of these guys are so awesome. i will definitely be back & so will my friends & family! thank you Master’s Auto Body & Paint

On my Tacoma I had these patriotic vinyl stickers in the indented "Tacoma letters" on my tailgate. After they repainted the tailgate, they bought new vinyl letters and replaced them at no charge.

Hands down the best customer service and work done to my car ever! Mel, Andy and the rest of Masters Auto Body and Paint crew were absolutely amazing. Someone back into my parked car and luckily the guy left his insurance info. When I took my car down there I never had to communicate with the insurance company after that. Mel and Andy always called to let me know what was going on and where they were at as far as the work done to my car. My car had to be sent out of the shop a couple times due to my collision light needing recalibration and to check to make sure my alignment was still good. The other insurance were trying to put used parts on my car and Mel and Andy wouldn't allow it. My car was freshly washed when I went to pick it up. If I'm ever in this situation again, these are the guys I would go to. They made the whole process as stress free as they could for me. Love you all and thank you so much for everything!
