Considered one of the most intimidating exercises (by me and many others) here’s how to make sure you can absolutely crush your squats (instead of the other way around): 1) depth. Aim to get to “parallel” — which is considered the point at which the top of your quads (when viewed from the side) is parallel to the ground. In the video, I go below parallel and even deeper. 2) avoid extending your knees before your hips. Ideally, your knees and and hips should be extending simultaneously as you come up.
