To perform this exercise do the following steps: Step 1: Sit down on the floor and place a dumbbell between your feet. Step 2: Lay down on your back and bring your feet up with the dumbbell and point your feet straight upwards. Step 3: Lower your legs down till they almost touch the floor and then bring them back up starting position. Step 4: This completes one repetition.
