Firm Support Gel - ZenToes toe separators promote proper toe alignment during use to help relieve pressure, pain and tension from crowded or overlapping toes, hammertoes, bunions (big toe), and bunionettes (pinky toe). They are ideal for yoga, other barefoot training, or to casually relax and stretch toes that have been scrunched up in socks and shoes all day.
Customizable Fit - Each pair of medical grade gel toe spreaders, in your choice of black or clear, comes with two sizes of foam wedges to increase the spacing next to your big toe and/or your pinky toe, if desired. The gel spacer can also be trimmed thinner at the end if your pinky toe is overspread.
For Intermediate Toe Stretching - ZenToes Adjustable Toe Spacers were designed with firmer gel to provide slightly stronger correction and support than most soft gel toe separators. We recommend wearing our adjustable separators without the additional spacers for 10 minutes at a time until your feet become used to the gentle stretch, and then gradually increasing the wear time and spacing as needed.
Washable and Reusable - ZenToes corrective toe spacers are latex free, BPA free and can be washed and reused over and over (hand wash, air dry). Package includes one pair of firm SEBS gel toe spacers and 8 EVA foam wedge inserts.

At ZenToes, we understand that every foot is different and even your own left foot may have different needs than your right foot. That's why we've created a truly customizable toe separator that can be modified to fit your specific needs. Made with slightly firmer gel than our soft support gel toe separators (sold separately), ZenToes Adjustable Toe Separators for women and men provide spacing between all five toes to help relieve the pressure and pain from drifting toes, bunions, hammer toes or tailor's bunions.

Each gel separator has designated slots at the big toe and pinky toe in order to increase the space, using the included foam wedges, if needed. Our gel separators can also easily be trimmed thinner with scissors if you find the spacing to be too wide near your pinky toe. We recommend wearing our adjustable toe spacers for ten minutes at a time until your feet get comfortable with the straighteners and then progressively adding wear time and additional space between toes with the included foam wedges, if needed.
